Orders usually ship within 3-5 days from Squamish, BC. Get in touch for local pickup at ima@benightedbeads.com

Returns

If your jewellery arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, contact me within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom items may not be returnable.

Refunds

Once I receive and inspect the return, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless I made an error.
